We want you to love your Pura Vida pieces, but if you're not 100% satisfied, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items. Simply follow our automated process to get started and keep the Pura Vida vibes going.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase.

  Select Items

  Choose the items you wish to return or exchange and provide a brief reason so we can improve your future experience.

• 3.
  Print & Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label, securely pack your items in their original packaging, and attach the label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized shipping location; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
